Business Group Overview
Company's Information Services and Technology Group (ISTG) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Company. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. ISTG is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
Qualifications
You should possess a Master of Science degree (Computer Science or Computer Engineering are preferred). Additional qualifications include:
- Good English in written and oral
- Excellent customer communication and/or biz understanding skills
- Ability to work in a globally dispersed team environment
- Strong project management experience with Capability Maturity Model integration (CMMi)
- Subcontractor management skills and ability to lead ABAP developers
- Experience in some of following SAP R3* modules including PP, MM, SD, FI, CO
- Experience in some of following mySAP* biz suite including ERP, CRM, SCM, SRM
- Having knowledge of SAP NetWeaver* (EP, XI, BI, AP) would be an added advantage
- Having knowledge of ABAP Workbench* or JAVA* Programming (J2EE) would be an added advantage
- Background in semiconductor industry would be an added advantage
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be working in a Flex project team supporting various internal Company clients. Your responsibilities include working closely with Company internal clients, other IT function teams and out source vendors to do SAP* related projects. Project work includes requirement gathering, gap analysis and tailoring/implement/testing SAP* modules. ABAP programming is also a part of the daily work.

Develops, implements, and maintains computer-based systems to meet business requirements. Application Developers analyze, design, construct, train, and implement application systems. Activities include documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups. Other responsibilities may include providing standards/guidelines for development, responding to customer/client requests or events as they occur, and developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
