职位介绍：
该职位主要是在项目经理带领下开发微软的未来产品，并和美国微软总部保持良好的沟通
，了解最新的开发需求，开发微软满意的新一代产品。

职位要求：
Knowledge 
1．	B.S. degree or above in Computer Science or related majorities;
2．	Strong English ability , fluent oral English is preferred
Technical skills
1.	Minimum of 1 year programming experience;
2.	Strong coding skills in C/C++ or C# /.NET or Java is required;
3.	Solid ability in Algorithm and Data Structure;
4.	Strong analytical, design, debugging and testing skills;
Professional Skills (Such as sales skills etc.)
1．	Excellent technical problem solving skills
Soft Skills (Such as communication skills, problem solving etc.)
 Being self-motivated and a good team player is highly desired
Responsibility
1．Participate in the  Microsoft latest products and components development an
d testing;
2．Participate in the development of Microsoft internal automation testing too
ls;
3．Develop and implement programs to execute automation testing;
4．Create and design effective test cases;
5．Directly communication and closely work with Microsoft headquarter software
 design engineers and software test engineers ;
6．Code review of the Microsoft latest products and components;
7．Execute the testing work and log bugs in Product Studio;
8．Report the test result and draft testing report.
