Understand and analyze business requirements (in English and Chinese)
Design UML diagrams to ensure high-quality development standards.
Develop J2EE business logic and transaction services, using SPRING and HIBERNATE.

Broad knowledge of and in-depth coding skills in Java and other technologies.
Excellent understanding of Spring, Hibernate and SQL DBs (e.g. MySQL, PostGreSQL).
Familiarity with UML design.
Excellent analytical and problem skills to understand business logic and requirements quickly.
