职位描述：
职责：
1.负责办公室的日常行政事务；
2.接待内部及外部人员，包括：公司员工、访客、供应商、客户等；
3.面试安排及相关数据维护；
4.员工商业医疗保险的登记及相关理赔手续办理；
5.安排会议室、车辆、酒店、机票等；
6.办公用品采购、办公设备检查、内外部信件处理；
7.电话总机转接、传真管理等其它前台秘书工作。
要求：
1.大学专科毕业；
2.一年以上前台工作经验；
3.积极、主动、细致、善于沟通；
4.良好的责任感，愿意在压力下成长；
5.能与外籍人士进行日常的英文交流；
6.熟练应用Excel, word, ppt etc。
7.相关专业的应届毕业生可从实习生开始。
