Ensure that Data Driven projects are delivered on time as per agreed schedule
with project (PM & account servicing) team
Support marketing analysis with data management, data re-formatting and
data optimization
Support offline, online and combined marketing campaigns and tactics
Requirements:
Confident in SQL, experienced in SQL enquiring and reporting
Confident in using MS Access, MS Excel
Understand basic analytical knowledge
Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills & strong co-ordination
skills, high attention to detail
Highly motivated, self-starter and able to work under pressure
Excellent communication, strong spoken/written English and Chinese
End-user experience with CRM packages such as KANA, E.piphany preferred
