职位描述/要求：

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Asia quotation/Asia order handling/China delivery excel database in company shared drive.
2. Contact local vendors/forwarding companies for on-time delivery of the goods.
3. Draft fax to external parties, prepare meeting minutes and presentation materials.
4. Organize team building activities.
5. This intern position can be turned into permanent contract employee after graduation upon satisfactory performance evaluation.

Requirements:

1. Major in business, English or engineering related. Basic engineering knowledge is a plus.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese. Basic Japanese is a plus.
3. Team player but must have capacity to work independently.
4. Comprehensive computer knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.
5. Basic knowledge with SAP (or other ERP systems) is preferred.
6. Senior year student in college is preferred. Total working time can not be less than 2 days a week.
