这个公司是国内外几家风险投资公司支持的初创型公司，由两个美国普林斯顿的博士回国创立，其中一个是原来清华物理系毕业的学长。公司设在东门外清华科技园学研大厦。主要做光学传感器半导体芯片和MEMS系统。 希望从毕业生中寻找人才，当然兼职也欢迎。

1.Process engineer
Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for the process development of optical MEMS sensors.
Qualification:
• BS, MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in MEMS or IC fabrication and characterization, general cleanroom experience.
• Must be hands-on, self-motivated, and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary, team, and entrepreneurial environment.

2. Senior MEMS engineer
Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for the process development of optical MEMS sensors. You will be expected to identify problems and solutions, and implement these solutions independently.
Requirements:
• Develop manufacturable processes for MEMS sensors.
• Develop a manufacturable vacuum packaging technique.
• Work with testing group to achieve performance and reliability requirements.
• Work with vendors and foundries to drive the technology to production.
Qualification:
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in MEMS or IC fabrication and characterization, general cleanroom experience. Knowledge in MEMS packaging.
• Experience in MEMS modeling is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving skills. Must be hands-on.
• Self-motivated. Enjoy working in a multidisciplinary, team, and entrepreneurial environment.

3. Optics/testing engineer
Description:
In this position, you will be responsible for the optical testing of MEMS based optical sensors, design and development of optics and hardware in imaging systems. You will be expected to identify problems and solutions, and implement these solutions independently.
Requirements:
• Design and implement testing stages, including bench-top imaging systems.
• Lead the testing of MEMS sensors, provide feedbacks for device engineers to improve sensor performance.
• Work with system engineer to design compact imaging systems.
• Excellent problem solving skills. Must be hands-on.
• Self-motivated. Enjoy working in a multidisciplinary, team, and entrepreneurial environment.
Qualification:
• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Material Science or related engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of optics in imaging systems.
• Knowledge in MEMS devices is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems design is a plus.
• Experience in image processing is a plus.
• Knowledge in CMOS/CCD imaging systems is a plus.
