Database/System Engineer
- Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for our ADM systems build on MySQL clusters/Linux clusters
Build new systems and set up new clusters
Regularly update our databases
Maintain database and system to provide high level of availability
Data security and reliability
Database performance optimization
Cluster system performance optimization
Transfer and consolidate data from various sources and formats
Work with internal and external clients to ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Qualifications
Must be very familiar with MySQL and Linux
Detail oriented / careful and responsible
Familiar with system structure
Understanding MySQL clusters and Linux clusters are required
Effective communication skills
Competent in English reading and writing. Fluent in English conversation preferred.
Consistent in keeping deadlines
Hard working with strong work ethic
BS degree and above in Computer Sciences or quantitative fields
