职位描述: 1.Complete on board procedure for all new employees, prepare labor contract and collect all necessary documents.
2.Create personal file for new employees
3.Prepare monthly headcount report
4.Complete exit procedure for all exit employees
5.Liaison with FESCO and Insurance company for monthly employee movement
6.Labor contract renewal and management
7.Annual Leave record maintenance
8.New employee orientation training coordination
9.Provide employment letter when required
10.Provide daily support to Assistant HR manager
