职位描述: Objective
Base on the sales policy and plan, provide a series of effective sales activities to achieve the sales target, improve the satisfaction of customers.
Responsibilities
- Sell-out: To achieve the sales quality and quantity target, accomplish the product mix optimization
- Customer management: To monitor the sell-in, sell-out and storage of the shopkeepers, set up the account of each customer and check up timely, to ensure the account accurate and the logistics fluency in distribution channel, improve the relationship with the corresponding customers, improve the satisfaction of customers
- Retail management: Execute a series of promotion activities and apply for reimburse of promotion expense. Improve the outlet display optimization standard. Improve the sales skills and retail performance of promoters
- Channel management: Be Responsible for the market criterion within the region assigned, monitors and manage the retail price within the distribution channel, Collect and feedback the information of competitors and customers timely
- Internal cooperation and communication: Consolidate the internal resource effectively, contribute to team cooperation
Requirements
- University degree
- Willing to take up sales job with potential. At least 1 Year sales experience in Consumer Goods or relevant industry experience is preferred
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skill and teamwork spirit
- Be active and initiative, could work independently
- Basic computer operation skill
