职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Work with the purchasing teams and the suppliers to improve all aspects of our Best-Buy priorities; Price Development, Quality, Availability and IWAY;
Transfer knowledge to IKEA coworkers and to suppliers on production, material and other related issues;
Be an IKEA ambassador and role model the IKEA culture for all to see;
Provide IKEA with relevant market and industry information.
General requirements:
Deep understanding of ceramic production process;
Good knowledge about ceramic characteristics / performance;
Good knowledge about the cost breakdowns related to ceramic;
Familiar with ceramic testing method / standard;
Good knowledge of quality and environmental management systems.
