职位描述:
1.Perform routine maintenance/backup/operation of network, systems and servers. 2.Provide end-user /network support, eg. intranet/ Internet connectivity issues, e-mails troubleshooting, user login errors, print failures, etc. 3.Perform/coordinate the setup/install, upgrade and maintenance of workstations and related peripherals. 4.Assist in enforcing IT standards and policies. 5.Provide administrative support in web-related applications. 6.Perform other IT/MIS projects on ad-hoc basis.
1.Recognized diploma/degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.. Related work experience will be added advantage. 2.Knowledge of computers, software and networking with good understanding of Operating System, especially in MS Windows XP/2003, MS Office 2003 and MS Exchange 2003. 3.Experience in desktop, application and network support in Windows networked environment. 4.Candidates should be able to start work on short notice. 5.Good interpersonal skills and positive learning ability. 6.Resourceful, strong analytical and problem solving skills. 7.Self-motivated, independent and technology-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision and work on own initiative. 8.Good communication skills, both in English and Mandarin. 9.Possess good Customer Service Skills. 10.Experience with network routers, switches and firewall is an advantage.
