Job Description: Responsibilities for failure analysis and solder joint reliab
ility

Qualifications:
You must be a Master student in Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, 
Microelectronics Engineering or related area. Additional qualifications includ
e:
&#8226;	Full-time (5 working days per week) is preferred.
&#8226;	Long-term involvement for half year to one year.
&#8226;	A careful and patient person.

Additional Information:
You can complete your Master thesis with the project developed in Intel. The p
eriod of intern can be extended with your good performance.
