2007 McKINSEY SUMMER BUSINESS ANALYST (BA) PROGRAM

Our Greater China Office, with operations in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and 
Taipei, is looking for bright, creative people with exceptional intellectual a
bility and character to join our 2007 Summer Business Analyst (BA) Program in 
Beijing and Shanghai.

The 6-8 week program, which will be held in July and August, 2007, is designed
 to give successful applicant an insight into life at McKinsey, and an opportu
nity to interact with our people by working full-time with our teams on client
 projects. A Summer BA will participate in McKinsey training workshops, enjoy 
a complementary subscription to the McKinsey Quarterly, and attend related pro
fessional and social events.

Successful completion of the Summer BA program may lead to an offer of a perma
nent full time Business Analyst role at McKinsey.

The program aims to recognize academic  & extracurricular achievements of top 
local university students who have the following required credentials:

·3rd year undergraduate student, or 1st and 2nd year graduate  student from a
 top university with an outstanding academic record 
·Demonstrated interest in initial exposure and further development in a manag
ement consulting career
·Had related part- time work experience with leading multinational or local c
ompanies
·Demonstrated leadership ability
·An excellent communicator in both English and Chinese
