Sonata Services, Inc is a global business services firm located in Shanghai, China. The Company represents a new model for global partnerships including software development services, software quality assurance, localization services, IT support and monitoring, and Asia Pacific business partnerships.

Requirements:
    2 to 3 years IT operational background;
    Ability to clearly follow processes and procedures;
    Ability to make decisions using critical reasoning;
    Extremely strong analytical skills with an uncanny ability to detect patterns and analyze disparate data;
    Experience at a mission critical operations center (data center or NOC) preferred;
    Experience with manipulation of data using Excel, MySQL;
    Extensive knowledge about Perl regular expression;
    Email administration, Anti-Spam and/or Anti-Virus experience desired;
    Ability to read, write/type one or more of the following languages (Chinese, Japanese, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, French, Russian) is a big plus;
    Minimum Educational Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, associate or BS/BA degree desirable.
