AIESEC Mainland of China cooperates with NIIT India to select the most qualifi
ed students and send them to NIIT India for internships last from 6-8 months. 
They want to send Chinese student to work, especially learn in Indian head off
ice, to observe and see how the business is being down in NIIT India and how t
he system is being deployed in Indian office. And after the traineeship, they 
could come back and contribute their learning and their knowledge of China mar
ket in NIIT Shanghai office by ploy all the business format in to China office
 after proper adjustment. There are potential employment opportunities in the 
internship.

How?
Application— Send your resume and cover letter to the following email address

Selection —CV SCREENING, and NIIT Selection will start right afterwards.     
                                                                    The whole 
process will take 30 days, so all applicants have to be patient
Preparation—AIESEC provides culture preparation and opportunities of learning
 activities, to prepare you to live and work in India. 
Integration—AIESEC members in India provide support and assistance in getting
 setup while providing opportunities for cultural and social activities during
 the internships.                       
Measurement & Feedback—AIESEC communicates with about the quality of the expe
rience; NIIT gives interns feedback about their performance and Internship Cer
tification.

What about the fee?
The fee for will be 2500RMB within which 500RMB is refundable. The students wh
o want to pursue the application after CV screening has to pay. If you are des
elected you get ALL the money back. So actually only those who get selected by
 NIIT have to pay the fee. If you break your promise which is not going to tra
ineeship once you’re selected, not money is refundable.
