职位描述(Job Descriptions)

1.Graduate in Engineering, more than 15 years in Semiconductor manufacturing with muli-international experience
2.Excellent in communication both verbal and written in English and mandarin. Able to speak Cantonese will be an advantage
3.Possess of practical mind and innovative thinking ability, very hand on management style and excellent people skill Effective in Task management and capable to demonstrate dynamic leadership and create continuous improvement spirit in the whole facility
4.Good knowledge in the up-to-date market situation of semiconductor field. Having connection in the sales/marketing of semiconductor components will be an added value
5.Experience in managing over 1000 people minimum and taking initiative to drive for excellence
6.Good knowledge in the manufacturing process of surface mounting units, knowing QFN process will be advantage
7.Familiar with all the latest international quality system
8.Willing to stay in a location where is about two hundreds kilometer from Hong Kong during the week 9.Compensation is negotiatable depends on experience and qualification, excellent working experience will be considered if education/qualification is not meeting the requirement 10.Prefer HongKong candidates
