职位描述/要求：

Students will work with Agilent Labs China project team on IPTV Video Quality Measurement technologies. Major task is to develop the program to handle video stream analysis and processing. The working length will be 4 months to 6 months.
1. good educuation background in electrical engineering;
2. Experienced in Cygwin platform C/C++ development.
3. Fimilair with MPEG2 TS(Transport Stream)，PS(Program Stream)and PES(Packetized Elementary Stream)analysis and processing.
4. Understanding network programming, including RTP/RTSP protocol development.
5. Good team work;
