Qualifications 
Second-year student in Master degree program from top tier universities majore
d in finance, accounting, or economics. Candidate must be hardworking, outgoin
g, organized, multi-task oriented, and eager to learn. Also candidates must ex
hibit strong attention to detail and proven pride in workmanship. Polished fin
ancial, communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power
 Point are a must. Candidates are expected to be self-starters, effectively co
ntribute in a team environment and willing to undertake secretarial and admini
strative work when necessary. Prior work experience in business consulting or 
financial service areas is a plus. Fluent English communication skills are req
uired.

Job Description 
Primary responsibilities including but not restrict to the following:

1.	Industry research: should carry out comprehensive industry research via pub
licly available information, attending industry conferences, interviewing indu
stry experts, cold calling companies and executives, research through internet
 and through company proprietary database; 
2.	Deal due diligence: assist in the full process of deal due diligence includ
ing business, financial and legal related matters; 
3.	Financial modeling: analyst is required to build financial models for both 
public and private companies.
