职位描述(Job Descriptions)
Title: Account Payable & fixed assets Accountant Job Summary:
1.Maintain A/P master files for all China entities
2.Be responsible for fixed assets for all China SO entities
3.Reconcile the inter-company balances Job Responsibility:
1.Establish proper procedures to ensure accurate accounting treatment for centralized procurement to satisfy both PRCGAAP and IAS requirements
2.Ensure 3-way matches before payment is made to the vendors / employees
3.Maintain the A/R and vendor masters for all China Agfa entities
4.Be responsible for inter-company balance reconciliation
5.Monitoring the Capex budget and fixed assets investment
6.To ensure the physical assets movements (transfer in/out, disposal etc) are properly recorded and book records agree with physical counting
7.Making sure there are proper accruals for expenses / liabilities before period-end closing Position Requirements:
1.University graduate
2.Minimum of 3 years experience on financial field
3.Familiar with Chinese GAAP and IAS
4.Computer literacy, familiar with one of the prevailing ERP Systems (experience with SAP is a bonus)
5.Reasonable English and Mandarin skill, both Oral and Written
