职位描述：
JOB PURPOSE
Ensure:
·Production of accurate and timely financial statements and reporting of fixed assets and taxes
·Effectiveness and efficiency of fixed assets and taxed management
·Compliance with applicable policies, procedures of fixed assets and taxes
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
·Accurate timely meet the local financial reporting requirements: statistic reports and statutory reports
·Accurate timely maintenance of related Global FRS reports: PIBU, Defer Tax etc.
·Accurate timely maintenance of local tax reports: VAT, export VAT refund, FEIT, IIT, annual FEIT filing
·Ensure smooth month-end closing process and related analysis/verification activities for fixed assets and taxes
·Effective and accurate maintenance of fixed asses sub ledger and general ledger.
·Maintenance of policies and SOPs related with fixed assets and taxes
·Main contact for relationship with tax bureau officers and statistic officers
TOP PRIORITIES-TARGETS
·Continue formalizing SOPs and policies related to the fixed assets and taxes.
·Increase effectiveness of Fixed Asset & Tax function.
·Continue improving Self-assessment plan for fixed assets and taxes.
·Sustain Satisfactory Finance Internal Audit opinion in fixed assets and tax areas.
·Support In-Control roll-out project.
·Continue enhance current management of fixed assets.
·Contribute to internal communication towards enhanced Winning Team Spirit.
