职位描述：
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
-Build up clinical research capabilities for Medtronic vascular business
-Organize independently and thoroughly from start to the end of a clinical studies, from protocol design, approval process, physician training, data collection and verification and follow up
-Working closely with regional sales team and marketing team to implement the clinical research projects in the region
-Train and work with the sales & mkg team to ensure the kick-off of the clinical / marketing trials. Monitor and give timely advice about the study progress.
-Work as a key focal point in Marketing team to provide clinical support to the region
-Organize and give advice from clinical perspective. Provide clinical updates to the team
-Keep necessary connections with key accounts
-To keep good relationship with KOLs to understand academic progress and trends
-Help KOLs to make international publication and provide clinical updates regularly
