Thermal System Dynamic Modeling Engineer

Location: Carrier R&D Center (Pu Dong Jinqiao) 

Job Requirements:
Development of dynamic modeling of thermal systems, especially in residential 
and commercial air conditioning applications
Validation and calibration of mathematical model using transient data 
Development and evaluation of control strategies and algorithms 

Minimum Qualifications Required: 
MS or PhD in mechanical engineering or related discipline 
2-5 years of experience in thermal system dynamic modeling and validation 
Good mathematical knowledge and skills to handle PDE problem in fluid dynamic 
process, system identification and control design 
Basic skills of English (speaking and writing) to support daily work 
Excellent communication skills, good team work and working hard

Preferred Candidates will possess the following: 
Experience in model development software tools like Dymola and Matlab/Simulink
 or strong learning ability to master such development tools quickly
Knowledge about control design in HVAC/R system			
Experience with system identification and control design for thermo-fluid syst
ems
