Software Developer (Java) 

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Responsible for internal software development to develop tools to supp
ort the consulting practice. 

        a.      Design, develop and test analytical applications.
        b.      Design and develop GUI.
        c.      Implement statistics algorithms and other numeric intensive co
mputing applications.
        d.      Create and maintain documentation.

2.      Participate in the design, development and testing of commercial analy
tical products. 
3.      Provide technical support to the consulting team on analytic and busin
ess intelligence products and provide client-focused solutions 

Position Requirements:


1. 1+ years of Java programming experience

2. 1+ years of large scale software development experience with a good underst
anding of software engineering, including system analysis, design, testing and
 documentation

3. Extensive knowledge of Object-Oriented principles, component techniques and
 design patterns

4. Familiar with mainstream DBMS products and SQL

6. Familiar with data structure

7. Basic statistics knowledge a big plus

工作职责
1.	负责内部数据分析软件开发
a)	设计，开发并测试数据分析软件
b)	设计并实现图形用户界面
c)	实现统计算法以及其他一些数值计算应用
d)	产生，维护文档
2.	参加商业数据分析产品的开发，设计以及测试。
3.	向咨询部门提供数据分析，BI软件方面的技术支持和解决方案设计

职位要求：

1.	1年以上的Java开发经验
2.	1年以上的大型软件开发经验，熟悉软件工程概念，包括系统分析，设计，测试和文档

3.	熟悉面向对象编程概念，组件技术和设计模式
4.	熟悉主流的DBMS产品和SQL语言。
5.	熟悉数据结构
6.	具有基本的概率统计知识者优先考虑
