Job Title:
CSS Product Feedback Analyst (PFA) - Consumer Platforms & Business
Applications
This position performs one primary and one secondary function when working
with the Consumer Platforms and Business Applications Supportability Group:
" Provide General and Targeted coding of incident, and communities data
in collaboration with the SPM for released and Beta products.
" Perform limited Usability and Supportability testing for release and
Beta products.
Number of people wanted: 2
Job Responsibilities:
" Product Feedback
o Review, Coding, and Reporting of Product Failures and Customer,
Partner, and Support Experience impacts, derived from Retail Incident Data.
o Review, Coding, and Reporting of Product Failures and Customer,
Partner, and Support Experience impacts derived from OEM Incident Data.
o Review, Coding, and Reporting of Product Failures and Customer
Experience impacts derived from Online Unmanaged Communities Posts
Data.
o Participate in Customer and Partner engagements (BETA participation,
Online Communities)
" Participate in BETA programs for new products
" Review and Coding of BETA issues derived from Online Managed/Unmanaged
Communities Posts Data
" Review and Coding of BETA issues from Outreach programs (Install Fairs,
Friends & Family, etc…)
" Supportability Testing (as appropriate)
o Perform limited Usability and Supportability testing for released and
Beta products as defined by Test Cases and directed by Supportability
Management.
Job Requirements:
" Japanese Level 1(本职位要看日语文件，和日本人通话，日语阅读和口语要求高)
" English Band 4 (pass)
" Master Windows XP and Office support knowledge
