岗位职责＆工作要求：

Position: Business Development Manager --intern Location: Shanghai JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -- Work closely with our delivery teams in promoting Unitedinfo\'s CRM solutions and outsourcing services in China and developing new business within specific industries --- Provides others with clear direction and keeps the group focused on the task. Motivates, coaches and empowers people. Sets appropriate standards for behavior and leads by example; -- Easily establishes good relationships with co-workers, internal customers and suppliers. Relates well to people at all levels and builds effective networks; -- Handles uncertain situations in a positive way; -- Sets business strategy & goals. Regularly follows up performance and reviews approach to reaching objectives. Evaluates business development from the \"bird\'s perspective\". -- Identifies & carries through business opportunities; REQUIREMENTS: -- Female must; University degree or above -- Shows enthusiasm, drive and determination. Accepts and tackles demanding goals, does not give up easily. Prepared to make quick decisions that might involve difficult choices or calculated risks. Takes responsibility for actions. Takes own initiative and acts with confidence. Makes things happen; -- Quickly builds relations, openness & trust. Expresses opinions, information and key points clearly; - Extensive experience and knowledge within one of the industries: Banking, Utilities (power, energy), Retail, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Telecom, Insurance, Automobile, High-tech, Japanese or Korean enterprises - Candidate should have prior business development experience within specific industries, as well as strong network within - Excellent communication skills and good teamwork spirit - Persistent, confident and be able to work under pressure-- Self going, able to work independent; -- Good command of both spoken and written English;
