Job Description
Individuals within the global network of Delivery Centers provide clients with proven solutions, proprietary software assets and industry best practices to deliver an outsourcing solution at a fraction of the cost required to run the process in house. The Delivery Center model is based on the principle that efficiencies and economies of scale are achieved through procedural best practices and centralized relationships for our clients specializing in finance and accounting, procurement, customer service, human resources and other services.
Key responsibilities may include:
Daily communication with users, receiving request from users, providing information about the solutions and its process
Identifying the problems
Providing support and training to all users
Bachelor
Required Networking knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and commands, functionality of network components, preferred possessing of CISCO Certification
Required Operating Systems knowledge of Windows 2000 workstation/server, Windows XP Professional, preferred knowledge of Windows 2003 server and Unix
Required Applications knowledge of MS Office 2000/XP, preferred practical knowledge of MS Visio product
Professional Skill Requirements
Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
