职位描述：
Description of duties
Lead annual contract negotiations.
Identify areas for improvement and proactively address them
Demonstrate leadership within the Global Commodity Team and give input to commodity/supplier strategy work
Serve as an advisor to other members in the Sourcing community
Lead various improvement projects
Qualifications
Excellent knowledge in commodity area (technology, negotiation, communication, supplier management)
Excellent leadership, networking, presentation and deal making skills
Excellent company and market awareness
For Electrical: Excellent knowledge about device packaging, application issues and manufacturing processes
For Mechanical: Excellent knowledge in tooling and process issues.
For Software/Licensing: Excellent knowledge about licensing intellectual property (IP) and software.
