职位描述：
Responsibility :
1. Optimize the plastic box design for ultrasonic welding and the welding process.
2 Work with design team to improve the plastic box design for ultrasonic welding.
3. Work with factory to improve/optimize the plastic ultrasonic welding process.
4. Trouble shoot the ultrasonic welding problem. Indentify the root cause of welding problem and take corrective actions.
Requirement:
1. Experence in plastic part design, plastic mould contruction and moulding process.
2. Experience in plastic ultrasonic welding process.
3. Knowledge in plastic welding horn design and fabrication
4. Knowledge in properties of various plastics material
5. Experience in operation of plastic ultrasonic welding machine.
6. Working experience in manufacutring of mobile phone charger preferred.
