职位描述： Essential Character Set: • Highly motivated & self disciplined; • Good analytical skills and ability to think of alternative solutions; • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment; • Good time management and time estimation skills; Essential Skills Set: • Extensive experience in CSS style sheeting, HTML, and W3C DOM; • Familiarity with cross-browser differences (IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari etc…); Desirable Requirements: • Good understanding of HTML, javascript, AJAX programming; • High level of computer proficiency; • High level of written & spoken English; • Creative & artistic with graphic editing skills (Photoshop, Fireworks etc…); Job Responsibilities: • Implement and improve designs provided by the web designer; • Help design, test, and review user interface flow and processes; • Make the website design “come true”; 基本个性要求： • 高度的积极性和自律性； • 良好的分析和多样思考解决方法的能力； • 能够在快节奏、充满活力的、以团队合作为宗旨的环境下工作； • 具有良好的时间安排和掌控能力. 基本技能要求： • 丰富的CSS style sheeting，HTML，和W3C DOM经验； • 熟悉各种浏览器的不同（IE6，IE7，Firefox，Safari等）； 优先考虑： • 熟悉HTML，javascript，AJAX编程； • 熟练操作计算机； • 优秀的英语写作、口语能力； • 在编辑图片方面具有艺术创意（Photoshop，Fireworks等）. 工作职责： • 执行并且改进网站设计师的设计; • 帮助设计、测试、检查用户界面流量及过程； • 促进网站设计的实现.
