MB SIM Technology Co., Ltd. (上海梅赛德斯奔驰车辆技术有限公司) is a joint vent
ure company of MBtech Group, located in Shanghai, P.R. China. 

The former joint venture, DaimlerChrysler SIM Technology Co., Ltd. was founded
 in January, 2000 by DaimlerChrysler AG and was successfully active in researc
h, development and services in the field of automotive electronics and electro
nic packaging. From September, 2006, MBtech Group succeeded DaimlerChrysler AG
 as a shareholder in the joint venture company with an enlarged equity interes
t. 

The scope of MB SIM Tech. is to position leading engineering & consulting serv
ices locally to the potential and flourishing market of China. Based on the co
mbination with the service segments form MBtech (ww***com[点击查看]), this j
oint venture offers dedicated and market oriented engineering services for ele
ctronic solutions and consulting along the entire value creation chain with lo
cal resources, supports joint ventures and foreign company subsidiaries in Chi
na for the localization & adaptation, provides low cost engineering and offsho
ring services to customers worldwide. 

Position 4: Engineer for Software Development 

Key responsibilities: 
·        To design and develop system software 
·        To review and document software design 
·        To perform unit and component tests on software 
·        To write implementation plans, test plans 
·        To interface with systems engineering to understand the requirements
 
·        To report regularly to project manager 

Required skills & knowledge: 
·        Strong background of software development with at least two years re
lative experience required 
·        Master degree or above, with major in computer science or equivalent
 
·        Excellent programming skills in JAVA , C/C++, VB would be a plus 
·        Knowledge of data structures & algorithms 
·        Knowledge of Operating Systems and Embedded software 
·        Experience of Eclipse development would be a plus 
·        Proficient in English spoken and written 
·        Language skill in German would be a plus 
·        Team player and excellent interpersonal communication skills require

·        设计和开发系统软件 
·        为软件设计编写文档 
·        对软件进行单元和模块测试 
·        编写开发计划，测试计划 
·        联系系统工程到理解软件需求 
·        周期性地向项目经理汇报工作 

要求： 
·        有软件开发方面良好的知识背景，两年以上相关项目经验 
·        计算机及相关专业硕士及以上学历 
·        有丰富的Java, C/C++编程经验，同时熟悉VB者优先 
·        良好的数据结构和算法知识 
·        良好的操作系统和嵌入式软件知识 
·        熟悉Eclipse开发工具者优先 
·        良好的英语口头及书面表达能力 
·        熟悉德语者优先 
·        有良好的团队合作精神及沟通技巧
