Search Consultants
Wang & Li Search Consultants are responsible for responding to the management recruitment and staffing needs of our leading global clients operating in China. Successful Search Consultants are trained in their abilities to identify, evaluate, and communicate the capabilities and excellence of international-caliber, bilingual professionals to top-tier companies.

And because of Wang & Li\'s unique career advisory approach to candidates, this position also involves providing a good deal of coaching and guidance to job-seeking professionals who are actively developing their careers in China. Finally, Search Consultants are also encouraged to develop their professional resources and relationships through business development and networking activities within the international professional community of companies and individuals that we serve.
Qualifications:
NO PREVIOUS RECRUITMENT AND HR EXPERIENCE FOR THIS ROLE IS NECESSARY. Rather, we have a proven track record at developing those with the motivation, personality, and basic skill sets into very successful Search Consultant professionals. You may be well suited for this role if you have:
\" At least 4+ years work experience, with 2+ years in an international company or working with international corporate clients.
\" A broad knowledge of industries, job functions within commercial professions, and the business environment in China are also very helpful.
\" The desire to learn new things each day, enjoy working with people and helping others, be service-oriented, appreciate working in a close/supportive team environment, and are able to perform well in both local Chinese and international business situations.

The right person(s) should also be mature, professional, self-initiated, hands-on, analytical and curious-minded, and an excellent communicator. Good English a must, both spoken and written. Search Consultant can be based in Beijing or Shanghai.

Researchers
Wang & Li Researchers are responsible for supporting the search case efforts of our Search Consultants, including responsibilities and involvement in candidate searches for our company clients, sourcing and pre-qualifying of new candidates, and other account servicing support activities.

Our Researcher roles offer an excellent chance for highly motivated individuals who are interested in working closely with top-caliber consulting professionals to build their capabilities and skills in a fast growing, international-caliber environment. He or she will develop their knowledge/expertise in market and industry trends, organization functions, and business operations, as well as their capabilities in client servicing, customer support, and career advisory.

We have an excellent, proven training approach and environment to get new Researchers up to speed in our company and industry, with the ultimate goal of developing them into top-caliber, professional Search Consultants in our industry. Qualifications:

\" Mainland Chinese professionals with 1-3 years working experience, preferably within an international company(s) or international-caliber environment.

\" Those with administrative, customer service, operations support, or research backgrounds

\" Mature, stable, professional, efficient and organized, an excellent communicator, a go-getter, self-initiated, hands-on, a fast learner, and have a curious mind.

\" Those who enjoy learning new things each day, enjoy supporting and helping others, appreciate a close/supportive team environment, and are able to perform well in both local Chinese and international-oriented situations.

Good English is a must, both spoken and written. Researchers can be based in Beijing or Shanghai.
