职位描述：
Job Description:
·Contact with Professional Recruiting web for post Ads;
·Filtering/collecting CVs;
·Modify CVs according to business requirement;
·Notice Interviews, follow up with the process, keep records of the interview documents;
·Take care Employees' on-board/termination process, social insurance served by FESCO;
·Collect new hire's personal files;
·Send/Receive fax/Emails for daily stuffs with Employees and Angent.
·Collect timesheets of Engineers and Technicians.
·Documents/company files keeping;
·Customers reception, telephone transfer, expresses delivering;
·Book hotel and travel tickets.
Requirements:
·High level of integrity
·Committed to safe working practices
·College diploma or degree of relative major is preferred
·An excellent telephone manner is essential, as in experience in computer applications, specifically excel and word
·Other specific duties will include arranging and coordinating travel, timesheet processing, expresses delivering, and other office affairs
·Good commend of English both oral and writing
