职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
Position responsible for Customer Service activities throughout the International Trading:
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
Job Duties:
In conjunction with the Team Leader developing, communicating, and ensureing that the goals of the Customer Service (CS) Department are met.
Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs and business performance, according to company requirements,shipping management (if applicable, or effective liaison with these functions/departments)
Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example: shipping schedules; letters of credit; licenses; declarations; packing, routing, transport and safety documentation.
Ensures the efficient flow of goods and materials to/from the Customer Service Department is maintained.
Job Requirements
Is able to plan and priorities personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales-especially managing personal time and productivity.
Is able to Deal directly with customer/supplier answering queries, solving customer problems and performing various processing task
Has a clear speaking voice and fluency English are essential
