Sovereign is looking for potential leaders with the passion, potential, determination to keep driving company growth. How Management Trainee Program works? Management Trainee Program will last for 3 years, including PROBATION, FOUNDATION PROGRAM, DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, LEADERSHIP PROGRAM. MTP will offer participants access to people in different levels of Sovereign management, a wealth of management experience, and the chance to see how hotel operates. Trainee will be assessed on aspects such as ability to solve problems, adaptability to new environment and leadership performance. MTP will offer the opportunity of a lifetime to become a leader, but does not guarantee success – it will depend on a trainee performance. To complete MTP successfully, all trainees must be prepared to meet and overcome many challenges and break new ground.
