职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
To raise company profit through optimizing capacity vs. product mix, and fully utilize capacity
To assistant expansion project, e.g. layout planning / drawing, FSIM maintain, move-in / floor checking
1.To define manufacturing standard and equipment throughput capability
2.To identity equipment list and optimized product mix based upon the profit / revenue / output maximization
3.To develop static capacity model for long term capacity plan, and identify bottleneck and backup plan
4.To continuously monitor and improve Fab productivity and overall equipment efficiency
5.To support the business plan, investment and expansion project, annual and budget plan, production plan, cost analysis activities and supply chain management
6.To initiate, implement & monitor equipment layout to support the long-term and short-term business plans and strategies
7.To set up and sustain clean room equipment move-in task
8.To sustain FSIM database to make sure all data in FSIM database is the most updated and without serious mistake.
9.To coordinate expansion project team to meet expansion target
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Science, Information Technology, etc.
2.Familiar with Visual Basic and Auto-CAD
3.Professional industrial engineering knowledge
4.Good written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English
5.Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
