职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
Overall supervision of operation activities in ensuring productive use of manpower, process, equipment to meet operations goals
1.To perform shift duties to support daily 24 hours productions.
2.To lead and manage a team of Manufacturing Assistants in the day-to-day operations
3.To work closely with Process and Equipment Engineers to improve Equipment’s efficiency and available time.
4.To plan strategize and monitor the movement of product for maximum throughput and minimum equipment idle time.
5.To resolve and handle line-related issues / preventive maintenance and to understand all equipment capacities / constraints so as to identify handle and resolve bottleneck situations
6.To organize training and certification for Manufacturing Assistants to upgrade their skills
7.To facilitate and participate in QIT cost reduction program and yield improvement.
8.To ensure discipline safety and housekeeping compliance by all personnel and take actions on violators.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above in related subject: Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering, etc.
2.Good written and verbal skills in both Mandarin and English
3.Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
4.Willingness to work day/ night 12-hour shift and over time
