职位描述/要求：

一、职位概要 :

针对客户具体状况，协助部门主管提出管理咨询方案，提供管理咨询服务。

二、工作内容 :

配合其他项目小组成员通过各种渠道进行项目相关资料信息收集，整理和分析
根据项目需要研究市场中的热点商业机会，收集详细的二手资料并做出筛选
积极参与项目小组的讨论，提出创造性的观点、建议以及方案
按项目经理的要求，撰写一些基础性的报告

任职资格 :

教育背景 :

◆工商管理、经济学、金融及相关专业在读硕士、博士研究生或毕业生。 长期招聘以上专业在校硕士、博士研究生作为咨询顾问实习生。

经验 :

◆具有一定的从事管理咨询工作的经验

技能技巧 :

◆ 具备较强的理解能力和接受能力，能快速学习和吸收新的知识
◆ 综合素质较好，能承受工作压力；
◆有相对固定业余时间，并善于进行时间管理
◆熟悉计算机操作办公软件及相关的企业管理软件；
◆ 通过国家英语四、六级考试（ 425 分以上）或其它同等英语认证；具有较好的英文听、说、读、写能力。

态度 :

◆进取心强，追求有挑战性的工作；
◆有较强的团队意识和沟通能力，能承受工作的压力，并具备出色的应变能力，善于自我激励；
◆学习能力和适应能力强。

Job Brief

-According to specific condition of clients, propose management consultation scheme in assistance of department chief and provide management consultation service.

Responsibilities

-Coordinating with other project team members, collect organize and analyze relevant information and data through various channels.
-According to the need of project, research hot business chances in market, collect second-hand information in detail and select valuable parts.
-Participate in discussions of project team, propose creative opinions, advices and schemes.
-According to the requirements of the project manager, finish basic reports.

Requirements

Educational Background

-Master's or Doctor's Degree pursues in or on Business Management, Economics, Finance and other relevant majors.

Experience

-Experience of management consultation work required.

Skills

-Strong ability of understanding; be quick at new knowledge learning and acceptance.
-Good comprehensive quality; be good at withstanding pressures.
-Relatively fixed spare time, and excellent time-schemeing ability.
-Be adept at office softwares and enterprise management softwares.
-Excellent English Skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing; pass CET4 and CET6 with the point of above 425. Other equivalent English examinations accepted.

Attitudes

-Like challenging work.
-Strong sense of teamwork, good communication skills, be good at withstanding pressures and self-inspiration.
-Excellent study and adaptive ability.
