职位描述：
Your Responsibilities
Build up and manage the SSL Test expertise (optical, electrical, thermal) in the local organization
Provide the test know-how and test design experience for multi-disciplinary product-related projects
Build up and maintain contacts with a network of test specialists and specialists in related disciplines, in particular within Philips but also outside PhilipsExecuting Product Development projects in the area of LED Lighting, making extensive use of an external supply base, focus on optical properties of LEDs, LED modules, and LED Lighting Systems.
Design and execute benchmark program for SSL
Your Profile
University level education, preferably in Physics/Electrical Engineering
Capability to design test methods/protocols for SSL products of Philips Lighting
Capability to evaluate, judge and/or re-engineer SSL products designed by others, on optical, electronic, thermal and mechanical properties
Experience with optical test equipment, in particular integrating spheres, photogoniometer.
Affinity with cost-breakdown analysis, working on cost models
Team player, cross-disciplinary, motivated, stress-resistant
