职位描述: Interface between European Planning team and Asian Notebook Vendors : ensure fullfilment of spare part shipments and support repair activity if done in Asia ( from PO processing to shipment following up)Coordinate information flows between Notebook vendors and Packard Bell from spare parts launch (parts list communication) till parts End of life (EOL notification, substitutions…)Support negotiations with vendors (parts pricings, minimum order quantity MOQ, EOL management …)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure that spare parts requested deliveries are met : weekly conf calls with vendors to review spare parts open orders, internal coordination for smooth information flow, solutions on the urgent supply for the spareparts, PO & Shipping documents checking, payment issue follow up
2. Monitor suppliers’ performance concerning supply chain and service agreement
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Supply chain experience in an international environment.
Previous experience in a similar role within a service supply chain environment preferably in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry with a Pan European customer/vendor base.
