1. Responsible for patent application drafting, filing and office action response with emphasis on international patent application;
2. Responsible for preparing and filing patent applications and trademark registrations;
3. Maintain files, dockets and calendars, ensuring that all appointments and due dates are met.
Requirements:
1. BS/MS in Electrical Engineering degree;
2. Good oral and written English communication skills and teamwork attitude;
3. Ability to understand technology and communicate with inventor;
4. With law background or working experience at intellectual property is preferred.
