Verify accuracy of pricing, part numbers, d elivery date(s), shipping addresses, etc. PO entry into M2K or forward to US CSR Email or FAX copies of PO's to US CSR.or have customer copy original future or der entered from RO Maintain files of all PO's open orders hard copy for 6 months after complete, scan and file electronically for 7 years (by Customer,PN, Program Provide PO confirmation to customers within 24 hours, assure customer communic ation-never leave customer wondering Work with US operations to determine shipping and delivery dates for all PO's Provide ETA of all shipments to customers (forward shipping notification and invoice) make sure we are forwarding to right person at customer Log andTrack shipments and communicate shipping or delivery problems to custom ers Take leadership role in resolving all shipping, import, customs, or delivery i ssues in China. Review and monitor customer credit, assist with collections and account resolu tion.Assist customer with account questionsverifying customer invoices as requ ested Research and contract with Credit verification service (local D&B) Act as first contact for all questions related to order status. Provide daily new order summary for US operations On a daily basis, check with US CSR on any open issues or concerns Provide weekly summary of orders to Comsys for all commissioned sales. Track status of all orders Answer any incoming "cold calls" or emails for company information, product li terature, samples, etc. Initiate RMA with US, followup with customer to assure satisfactory resolution Responsible to keep Reell RO current with government import/export regulations as well as international shipping, banking and customs documentation Integrate certain new customer requirements-(shipping needs, spreadsheet needs etc) into system Update forecast spreadsheets weekly fo assigned accounts Generate quotation and distribute them to relevant customers Coordination among ODM, HQ and 2nd tier for all the new programs Regular customer visit to establish relationship with multi-level contacts 2.Sales Responsibility: Work with customers to obtain forecasts for all current programs On a weekly basis, compile all forecast information from China customers (and other sources) and provide to US SBU Manager Track and qualify all new sales leads Direct all new sales leads to the appropriate SBU manager or sales manager (in China, US, or BV) Compile and manage list of all new sales leads Communicate status of all new sales leads to Kyle and SBU/Sales team Generate and send weekly sales reports Support SBU managers in sales and marketing research. Attend appropriate trade shows and events to create new leads. Create sales materials for China markets and customers Respond to all "cold calls" Create and manage RO website content, working with US iSVC team to host and pu blish. Actively search out new sales opportunities for Reell products and technologie s Perform competitive benchmarking and analysis as required by SBU managers. Assist US sales team in setting pricing and delivery terms forward quotes Assist in negotiating contracts for new sales activities Develop regional sales and marketing plans to represent all Reell SBUs Create proposals and sales presentations for new customers and opportunities Requirement for above positions: Good written and spoken English; 1-2 years relative experiences; Good communication skills; Can meet various challenges.
