Project Name
  IBM Electronic Customer Care(ecc) is a new IBM system for providing electron
ic support services to customers. China team will work with US teams to design
 and implement key components.

Job description
  Provide the estimate of the effort and schedule for the line item/activity a
ssigned based on design document
  Create milestone documents following the document templates, and track the d
efined milestones, reporting to the Project Manager 
  Develop a high level or low level design of the line item, have the document
 reviewed 
  Complete the coding of the assignment per the Low Level Design, hold a code 
review making changes from the review
  Complete the unit testing of the line item, record defects, ensure all code 
paths are tested
  Support Function Verification Test, System Verification Test, Integration Te
st fixing problems identified
  Provide Publication input, education(teach the teachers,level 2) for the lin
e item assigned
Skill Requirement
  Expert in Java and Web Service
  Multi-platform (pSeries/AIX, Linux) knowledge
  C++ and IBM eServer development and testing skill is a plus
  Familiar with Software Engineering Method and development process 
  Excellent team player
  Good command of English, on reading, speaking and writing.
  Excellent communication consultancy skills. An independent, assertive, self-
motivated, creative, dynamic, and flexible approach is required, whilst offeri
ng and open to new ideas.

Job description
  Plan and execute Function Verification Test. Investigate, research, and deve
lop the Function Test approach for each assignment
  Develop Test Plan including detailed FVT test schedule, assure proper approv
al sign-offs.
  Develop a variation review document that can be used to verify complete test
 coverage. 
  Write and Execute all test cases and test suites within the allocated test e
xecution schedule.
  Assure fixes for all defects are verified once available in an official driv
er.
  Produce weekly status reports and execution charts so that team leads, manag
ement, and project managers are aware of progress

Skill Requirement
  Expert in programming languages (JAVA, C++ and other scripting language)
  Familiar with Software Engineering Testing methods and process
  Multi-platform (pSeries/AIX, Linux) knowledge
  Familiar with automation testing tools, Rational tool is a plus
  Excellent team player
  Good command of English, on reading, speaking and writing.
  Excellent communication consultancy skills. An independent, assertive, self-

ng and open to new ideas.

Other requirements
  2+ years relevant working experience(for experience hire)
  The knowledge on IBM systems and software products is a plus.
Degree
  MS or BS degree, major in CS, EE or equivalent
