Job Requirements:

- Development experience on Java/J2EE or C/C++
- Good Software engineering knowledge & experience
- Experience on IBM WebSphere/Rational/Lotus product is a plus
- Good knowledge on Eclipse plugin Development is a plus.
- Tuxedo experience is a plus
- UNIX(AIX, HP-UX, Solaris,...), Linux experience is a plus
- Database knowledge and OO concept are plus.

Qualifications:

- Proactive work attitude
- Fast learning
- Good teamwork
- Good communication skill
- Good written/spoken English

Need to be onsite working at least 3 days/week for 3 months.
