Job Duties:

1. Provide secretarial support to Senior Manager and department
2. Deal with emergency issues independently, or take initiative to handle pressing problems with guidance
3. Handle confidential letters, reports, documents and other information
4. Schedule and arrange internal meetings, make reservations and travel arrangements
5. Coordinate activities between departments and external parties & prepare correspondences and memo
6. (German) English/Chinese translation or draft relevant reports as requested
7. Establish and maintain Department files and records, orders necessary office supplies
8. May work on assignments that require judgment and initiative when resolving problems and making recommendations

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office
2. Good communication skills, organization & planning
3. Fast learner
