关于宏茂---
宏茂微电子（上海）有限公司成立于2002年六月，为百慕达南茂科技股份有限公司之子公司。主要任务在延伸百慕达南茂之内存半导体封装测试及LCD驱动半导体封装测试两大核心业务，以满足中国地区客户之需求。经由公司全体成员的努力，宏茂微电子在2003年成功量产并开始为客户提供内存半导体封装测试服务，并于2004年通过ISO 9000质量认证。
身为南茂集团的一员，宏茂微电子同样恪守5C文化（Cooperation合作, Creativity创新, Cordiality永续, Cost consciousness诚信, Continuity绩效），为员工创造友好工作环境，并适时回馈社会。

About ChipMOS Shanghai---
ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Shanghai) LTD., a subsidiary of ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES (Bermuda) LTD. was founded in June 2002. The main business focus of ChipMOS/Shanghai is to extend ChipMOS/Bermuda existing core competences on assembly and testing of memory semiconductor and LCD driver semiconductor into China market to serve regional customers’ demands. Through ChipMOS staff’s effort, ChipMOS/Shanghai has been successfully providing assembly and testing services to customers at memory sector since 2003. The operation systems have passed the ISO 9000 quality system certification in 2004.
ChipMOS/Shanghai also sticks to same corporate 5C culture (Cooperation, Creativity, Cordiality, Cost consciousness, Continuity) as ChipMOS group to provide an amicable working environment to its employees and maintain a friendly relationship with the relating societies.
