Internship Position: Training Assistant

Responsibilities:

* Set up training record database
* Maintain and update all training records in database
* Upload all training records to platinum System as required
* Create training history report for different Bayer entities in Greater China

* Support on training nomination process 


Requirements:

* Bachelor student with HR or business-related majors
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Good interpersonal and communications skills
* Proficient in computer and MS office; Essential knowledge of database
* Detail oritented, quick learner and team player


Duration: 3 months and 3 days per week preferable

Location: Citigroup Tower, Shanghai
