A US business advisory service firm is seeking a self-motivated student to 
help set up its program operations in Shanghai. The position starts 
immediately and could lead to a full-time position if programs run well. 


Key Responsibilities:

1.  Negotiate with potential partners - including high schools, colleges, 
and businesses.
2.  Help develop a curriculum for a 12-day 50-hour Chinese short course for 
English-speaking international students.
3.  Teach the course.
4.  Optional: Design a web site (Chinese and English).
5.  Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

1.  Excellent in both Chinese and English, able to teach English-speaking 
students.
2.  Ideal candidate: a graduate or senior student in English major.  
3.  Ideal candidate: a graduate of one of Shanghai's best high schools.
4.  Well-connected in Shanghai and speaks Shanghainese.
5.  Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
6.  Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
7.  Ability to design a web site is a big plus.
8.  Can work independently with limited supervision.
