职位：
1.Video Hardware Engineer (Korean Language)
Responsibility:  
Candidate will be responsible for researching & developing new technology job 
and to do promoting new product job on system level. Candidate will be respons
ible for closely working with Software Engineer, FPGA engineer and the ASIC de
sign engineer working on architectures, algorithms, software development and s
upport of the development of new technology and their hardware implementations
. 
Qualification & Experience:
1. Korean Language is must and CRT system is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge in analog and digital circuit design.
3. Familiar with TV and video testing standards and methods
4. Experiences in PCB layout, and familiar with layout s/w: PowerPCB, Protel..
etc.
5. Positive teamwork player, self motivation, and self learning.
6. Good communication with customer and willing to periodic business trips.
2.ACIC Design Engineer

Responsibility:  
Candidate will be responsible for writing IC design requirements, designing hi
gh performance video and audio processing ICs used in advanced TV systems. Fur
thermore, candidate will simulate verification designs that meet design requir
ements, work with foundries to fabricate and test IC designs, debug chips as n
ecessary. Job involves design of test hardware and test software, documentatio
n of design and test results. Additionally, candidate will work with vendors t
o develop production and acceptance testing.
Ideal candidate will have one complete cycle of IC product design, experience 
with HDL development and sign off, IC layout experience working with layout de
signers. Experience with Verilog/VHDL codes, digital/analog/mixed signal ASIC 
design from conceptualization to production, use of IC simulation and layout t
ools and a good understanding of issues and limitations related to modeling/to
ols is required. Experience with IC design flow is desirable.
Requirements include a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, excellent English lang
uage skills - oral and written, proven interpersonal, group and communication 
skills. Experience working with multinational companies is a plus.
3.Video Codec Engineer  
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Video Codec Engineer will develop algorithms and architectures to support PIXE
LWORKS’s new product plans. The focus will be on developing robust, high perf
ormance multi-standard video compression/decompression acceleration algorithm 
or digital logic for SOCs. The selected candidate will be a highly skilled and
 motivated individual who will be capable of working collaboratively in our ex
ceptional team of technology experts, as well as be capable of making signific
ant individual key contributions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 
1)      The ideal candidate will possess at least Master degree in Electrical 
Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Signal Processing, or Mathematics. 
2)      Two years of experience in consumer or professional digital video hard
ware or software development, or video hardware or software codec development.
 Development in C, C++ and X86 based MMX environment, as well as HDL, FPGA/ASI
C based digital HW development environments.
3)      Familiar to encoder and decoder design and implementation for recent v
ideo codec standards such as MPEG-4 video (part2) and H.264/AVC (motion compen
sation, transform coding, perceptual quantization, R/D mode decision tradeoffs
, and context adaptive entropy coding). Ability to develop innovative practica
l solutions that enable improved coding efficiency and/or improved perceptual 
quality of coded video.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (at least two out of following three): 
1)      Detailed knowledge and experience in wavelet based image coding, as we
ll as implementation of practical wavelet coding incorporating motion for effi
cient video coding. Fairly knowledgeable and capable of innovating and impleme
nting and wavelet video coding, as well as scalable video coding based on AVC.

2)      Knowledge and experience in development of video algorithms/tools such
 as video segmentation, scene change detection, general feature extraction and
 representation for use in video search/browsing. 
3)      Ability to perform solid independent work as well as collaborate effec
tively as part of our team. Able to successfully communicate both verbally and
 by detailed technical documentation. Able to contribute to development of Int
ellectual Property. Able to interface with other technical teams as well as bu
siness people. Flexibility, be able to adapt to changing priorities and evolvi
ng business directions in the company.
