l      Cellular Networks Program Controls provides schedule, cost and resource
 management solutions and services to all Cellular Networks divisions utilizin
g the EPMS. Serves as the central focal point of contact for program controls 
solutions.  

l      Performs advanced work tasks in schedule and resource development/ anal
ysis / cost and change control and reporting duties to  include:Critical path 
analysis, resource leveling and analysis, integrated schedule development, 

l      Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, and scope/cost/schedule ana

Skills Requirement:

elligent input methods, automatic speech recognition, text-to-speech synthesis
, natural language generation, and image/video understanding .  

Responsibilities: 

l       Join the pattern recognition research team of MCRC, work with experien
ced researchers in the area of image/video processing and pattern recognition.
 

l       Advanced algorithm research on image/video processing, application sof
tware and tools development

l       High quality patent disclosure and publication submission

l       Technical report written

l       Junior researcher supervision etc.

Skills requirement:

l       Good at C/C++ coding;

l       Experienced in application development for embedded system (embedded L
inux, Windows CE, Symbian, etc);

l       Experienced in GUI application development (Qt, Gtk, etc);
